Test Machine "Child seats for cycles" |
Our
newly designed and developed machine was taken as bases for the new European standard on safety requirements and
test methods of child seats for cycles (prEN 00252017 status: June 2000). It is usable for for the
horizontal and vertical vibration test according to clause 14.2 (fatigue tests) of the the current draft
standard.
The test stand is delivered with the following components:
- Machine with adjustable oscillating frequencies for horizontal and lateral
vibration tests
- Test weights (according to the European standard)
- Up-to-date computer system incl. monitor
- Mobile, lockable equipment for computer, monitor, printer and the additional electronic
components (see picture)
- Color printer
- Computer control card for machine (National Instruments)
- Control program (function range: Printout of an inspection report (integration
of your company logo possible), safety disconnection in case of braking of the test sample, counting functions, frequency adjustment,
project data acquisition etc..)
- 2 cycle frames (male and female model), easily exchangeable
- As a result of the substantial and solid construction, oscillation transfers are reduced
to a minimum .
Price: on request.
Additional options:
- Adjustable disconnection during exceeding of a definable deflection of the
child seat
- Integrated data acquisition card (e.g. National Instrument, 16Bit, 50kHz) and
universally usable measuring software, be considering the ISO 9000 requests inclusive computer with adequate performance
- Notebook as control and/or measuring computer (on request)
- Test stand and the attaching parts of aluminum profiles
Further options on request.
